How should I prepare for my realty shoot?

RealtyShooters will provide you with a list of suggestions we’ve assembled prior to the time of our visit.  Preparation of the home prior to the shoot is optional, however, our experience has been taking a few moments to review our suggestions prior to the shoot can dramatically improve the outcome of your photographs.

Do I need to be home for the shoot?

RealtyShooters will shoot a vacant home without someone being present.  However, for an occupied home, we require the home owner or listing agent to be present as our photographers may ask for some minor staging prior to the shoot.

Can I review my homes pictures at the end of the shoot?

RealtyShooters prides itself not only on capturing quality shots, but also in its professional development and processing of your homes photographs.  At the end of the shoot, our job is only half done.  It is for this reason we do not review the shots we’ve taken until we’ve professionally developed and processed them to look their best!

How long will a photography shoot take?

The length of time to complete a shoot has many variables depending upon the size of the home and exterior property and the package selected.  With some information about your home, your Realty Shooter photographer will be able to estimate the amount of time he/she will need prior to scheduling your shoot.
