Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of equipment do you shoot with?
RealtyShooters
only use professional Digital Single Lens Reflex equipment. Our
professional lens suite includes various high end wide angle, macro, fisheye
and telephoto with anti-vibration/blur capabilities to ensure a great shot
every time. We also may utilize various lighting and filter add-ons to
capture your properties uniqueness.

How should I prepare for my realty shoot?
RealtyShooters
will provide you with a list of suggestions we’ve assembled prior to the
time of our visit. Preparation of the home prior to the shoot is optional,
however, our experience has been taking a few moments to review our
suggestions prior to the shoot can dramatically improve the outcome of your
photographs.

Do I need to be home for the shoot?
RealtyShooters
will shoot a vacant home without someone being present. However, for an
occupied home, we require the home owner or listing agent to be present as
our photographers may ask for some minor staging prior to the shoot.

Can I review my homes pictures at the end of
the shoot?
RealtyShooters
prides itself not only on capturing quality shots, but also in its
professional development and processing of your homes photographs. At the
end of the shoot, our job is only half done. It is for this reason we do
not review the shots we’ve taken until we’ve professionally developed and
processed them to look their best!

How long will a photography shoot take?
The
length of time to complete a shoot has many variables depending upon the
size of the home and exterior property and the package selected. With some
information about your home, your Realty Shooter photographer will be able
to estimate the amount of time he/she will need prior to scheduling your
shoot.

How soon after my shoot will the photographs be
available?
From the date of shoot, RealtyShooters
will have completed processing and development of your photographs and
delivered them within 2-3 business days.

If my realtor purchased your services, can I
still get copies of my photographs?
RealtyShooters
delivers the photographs to the party that has contracted our services. If
your realtor contracted our services, he/she is welcome to share the
photographs with you.

Can RealtyShooters list/sell my home in the
MLS?
Unfortunately not. We are professional photographers
and we do what we do best only; shoot professional pictures of your
property. Only realty agents can list homes in the MLS. We are not a real
estate broker/firm.
What payment arrangements do you offer?
RealtyShooters
accepts personal checks, money orders, bank checks, Visa or MasterCard.
Payment for services are made thru our billing office prior to the shoot.

I am a fellow photographer and was wondering if
you are hiring?
With our initial launch this year the
response to our work has been amazing. Because our company is built on
delivering professional photographic services to our clients, we require all
of our photographers to satisfactorily complete an in-house developed
training program to insure your success and our client’s ultimate
satisfaction. Please call us for information on our training program
and employment opportunities.
